Small plane Cessna 172 made an emergency landing in Weston
Weston, Florida – Friday afternoon in the median of Interstate 75 at Mile Marker 37 in Weston a small plane made an emergency landing.
The single-engine Cessna 172 landed about 12 miles west of U.S 27 after the pilot declared an emergency at 1:17 p.m., according to a spokeswoman from the Federal Aviation Administration.
She confirmed two people were aboard the plane.
No one was injured on board the plane. It wasn’t immediately clear what led the pilot to make the emergency landing.
The investigation is ongoing .The FAA is investigating the incident.
