Man injured after a piece of concrete falls on his head in Coral Gables
Coral Gables, Florida – Wednesday morning in the area of Coconut Grove Drive and Malaga Avenue, a 30-year-old man was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital by helicopter after a piece of concrete fell on his head.
The pieces of concrete fell from about 10 feet before hitting the man on the head, according to Coral Gables Fire Rescue officials.
According to officials, the victim was stable as he was being airlifted to the hospital.
At this time no other details concerning the incident have been released.
