Miami Beach, Florida – Following a sewer main break, cleanup crews are working in Miami Beach.
On Saturday, after workers fixed the ruptured line, cleanup work was in progress near 69th Street and Indian Creek Drive.
Locals caught sewage water that flowed out on Friday night, causing authorities to close the street while they fixed the problem.
City officials issued a warning to people who live between 65th and 72nd streets to try to minimize their water use for 24 hours as a result of the spill.
There were no boil-water notices sent out.
