Coral Springs, Florida – Coral Glades High School had a meeting on Tuesday for parents, teachers, and Broward school administrators to discuss the Nearpod interactive instructional delivery platform.

Participants were urged to acquire useful techniques for assisting their students’ academic achievement and bridging educational gaps by Dr. Sherri Wilson, Director of Innovative Learning for Broward schools.

Felipe Sommer, Guido Kovalskys, and Emiliano Abramzon developed Nearpod in 2012 with the goal of changing instructional strategies and raising student involvement. The Canvas Business Model states that it is an educational platform that offers a wealth of resources for teachers.

Wilson claims that educators can use Nearpod to construct classes and monitor their pupils’ progress. Parents can assist their children by viewing the lessons on Nearpod at home. “Students are more engaged as a result,” she stated.

Teachers have access to 2,500 lessons and resources to assist them in evaluating students’ development, according to Leandro Beer, Regional Vice President of Nearpod.
Teachers presented ways for students to interact with Nearpod’s exercises during the presentation. It was recommended for parents to inquire about the system.

Instructors are able to design classes that are tailored to each student’s needs. To make learning more fun, they can include interactive exercises, films, and tests. The Nearpod website claims that it provides teachers with real-time feedback and evaluation information so they may track their students’ development.
